The Problem

Architecture & Approach
Built as a comprehensive Frappe/ERPNext app with custom DocTypes for vehicles, bookings, contracts, and maintenance. The system uses Frappe's permission system for role-based access (admin, counter staff, customer portal) and background jobs for automated billing and reminders.
